What is the cancellation policy?
Full refund if you cancel more than 5 days before check-in; 50 % between 5 days and 24 hours; no refund (except the tourist tax) with less than 24 hours’ notice. With the cyclist option, its surcharge is not refunded if you cancel less than 7 days before.
What is the minimum stay?
Two nights. Stays of seven nights or more get an automatic 5 % discount.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in from 15:00 to 21:00 (earlier or later subject to availability, with notice) and check-out by 11:00. Late check-out until 14:00 is possible subject to availability (€30).
Are pets allowed?
Pets are not allowed, except assistance dogs.
