Required by Spanish law (RD 933/2021) for the traveller register, which we send to the Catalan police (Mossos d’Esquadra). Stored encrypted and deleted 3 years after the stay (or on cancellation).

Cancellation and withdrawal

More than 5 days before 15:00 on the arrival day: 100 %. Between 5 days and 24 hours: 50 % of the stay price is refunded. Less than 24 hours or no-show: no refund. The tourist tax is always refunded if the stay does not take place. With the cyclist option, its surcharge is not refunded within 7 days. With the 50 % deposit, between 5 days and 24 hours the deposit is not refunded. Accommodation booked for specific dates has no right of withdrawal (art. 103.l Spanish consumer law, TRLGDCU). On arrival

Security deposit of €…: nothing is held; your saved card is the guarantee and only proven damage would be charged, with prior notice (clause 5). Check-in 15:00–21:00; earlier or later subject to availability if you tell us in advance (€20 surcharge without notice).
