Accepted Answer

Moderate policy: full refund if cancelled more than 5 days before check-in. Cancellations within 5 days are non-refundable. For cyclist bookings (exclusive use of the whole building), specific conditions apply — please read the general terms.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is from 15:00. Check-out is before 11:00. If you need a different time, let us know in the booking notes and we will try to accommodate you.

Pets are not allowed. Only registered assistance animals are accepted, in accordance with Catalan law on equal opportunities for people with disabilities.

Is smoking allowed at the accommodation?

Smoking is strictly forbidden inside all indoor areas. Smoking is only allowed in outdoor zones: terrace and street. A cleaning fee may apply if this rule is not respected.

Yes, Ca La Fustereta includes a private closed garage at no extra cost. It is ideal for storing bicycles safely. Cyclists who book exclusive use of the whole building have full exclusive access to the garage.

Accepted Answer

La Casa Gran accommodates a maximum of 8 people across 4 bedrooms. The Apartment accommodates a maximum of 2 people. When a cyclist books exclusive use of the whole building, both units are blocked for the same dates.

Is the cleaning fee included in the price?

Accepted Answer

The cleaning fee is added to the booking: €20 for the Apartment and €40 for La Casa Gran. It covers end-of-stay professional cleaning and bed linen and towels.

Yes, both accommodations have free high-speed WiFi included in the price. Ideal for remote workers who combine cycling with work.

What documents do guests need to present?

All adult guests must present a valid ID (national ID card or passport) at check-in, in accordance with Catalan regulations on tourist accommodation.

The minimum stay is 2 nights for both accommodations. Bookings of 7 or more nights receive a 5% discount applied automatically at checkout.

A damage deposit is held: €300 for the Apartment and €500 for La Casa Gran. It is released within 7 days of check-out if no damage is found. The property is inspected on departure.
