About this home
When both floors are free, you can have the whole house: La Casa Gran (four bedrooms and a terrace with barbecue) and the top-floor Apartment (double bedroom and sun terrace). Five bedrooms, three bathrooms, two terraces, the garage and the play area, shared with nobody (with the cyclist option, the bike wash and workshop too).
Sleeping 10: beds and bathrooms
When you book the whole building, La Casa Gran and The Apartment are yours alone. La Casa Gran has 4 bedrooms with two double beds and two bunk beds, and 2 bathrooms; upstairs, The Apartment adds a double bedroom, a bathroom and the sun terrace. In total 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms for up to 10 people, with two kitchens and two terraces.
Cycling clubs and sports groups
The locked garage keeps the whole group’s bikes, with stands, basic tools and a wash area. Road and gravel rides across the Empordà start at the door, and we share the tracks of our routes.
Family get-togethers (no parties)
Two connected homes: grandparents in the house, a couple in the top-floor apartment, children close to the terrace with its barbecue. For long dinners and quiet days. No parties or loud music, out of respect for the neighbours.

Questions about this home
What is the cancellation policy?
Full refund if you cancel more than 5 days before check-in; 50 % between 5 days and 24 hours; no refund (except the tourist tax) with less than 24 hours’ notice. With the cyclist option, its surcharge is not refunded if you cancel less than 7 days before.
Is the garage space included?
Yes: every booking includes one car space in the private, locked garage. If another space is free you can use a second one, but spaces cannot be reserved. The cyclist option adds the wash area, the workshop and exclusive use of the building.
Do I need to include children and infants?
Yes. The law requires all travellers to be registered, including minors. Infants under 2 don’t count towards capacity.
Can I pay just part now?
Yes. You can pay in full by card or just 50 % as a deposit and the rest in cash on arrival. If on arrival you would rather pay the whole stay in cash, we refund the deposit to your card (it arrives within 5–10 days). Cash payments must be under €1,000.
